Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gopureprep.com. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Returns must be sent back by post to the address provided after contacting our support team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
