When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), after which delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 5–10 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, with free shipping on all orders no minimum spend required.
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?
We apologise for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
